Grand Line Gallery is an independent, fan-made digital gallery for One Piece card collectors. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the One Piece TCG rights holders.

Information We Collect

Information you choose to provide

If you email us, join the waitlist, request beta access, send feedback, or ask for support, we may receive your email address, name, message content, collector story, screenshots, and any other information you choose to include.

App diagnostics

If you use a TestFlight or App Store build and choose to share diagnostics with Apple and developers, Apple may make crash logs, performance data, device model, operating system version, app version, language, region, and similar technical information available to us through Apple developer tools. We use this information to diagnose problems and improve the app.

Website data

When you visit our website, our hosting provider may process standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps, and referring page. We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or cross-site tracking on this website.

Data we do not intentionally collect

The current version of Grand Line Gallery does not require an account and does not intentionally collect payment card details, precise location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or data used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

How We Use Information

• To respond to support, feedback, and privacy requests.
• To troubleshoot crashes, bugs, performance issues, and abuse.
• To improve app features, quality, accessibility, and reliability.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, and services.

Sharing Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use personal information for cross-app or cross-site tracking.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, website, email, beta testing, diagnostics, and hosting. These providers are expected to protect information consistently with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. We may also disclose information if required by law or when necessary to protect our users, services, or legal rights.

If we add third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy details before using them.

Retention and Deletion

We keep waitlist, support, and feedback messages for as long as needed to operate the beta, respond to you, improve the app, and keep reasonable records. Diagnostic information and website logs are kept only as long as needed for security, debugging, operations, or as controlled by the relevant service provider.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided by emailing hello@grandlinegallery.com. We may need to retain limited information when required for legal, security, or legitimate operational reasons.

Your Choices

• You can choose not to email us or provide optional feedback.
• You can stop using the app or uninstall it at any time.
• You can manage whether iPhone analytics and crash data are shared with app developers in iOS settings.
• You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided by contacting us.

Children

Grand Line Gallery is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

International Processing

Information may be processed in the country where you live and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your location.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, website, data practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date.
