Reporting a bug
To help us reproduce the issue quickly, please include:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
- The app version (shown at the bottom of the in-app Settings sheet).
- What you were doing when the issue happened.
- What you expected to see, and what actually happened.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if relevant.
Common questions
I don’t see a card I just opened.
The catalogue is updated as new sets are released. If a card is missing, let us know which one and we’ll add it in the next catalogue refresh.
The app feels slow on first launch.
The card index downloads in the background the first time you open Browse, Chase, or Search. Subsequent launches are instant.
Will my collection sync across devices?
iCloud sync is on the roadmap. Today, your collection lives on the device it was created on.
